He has based the Positive Choices Culture on how to differentiate between a positive choice and a negative choice. How to recognize a negative choice before it happens by asking yourself 3 questions:

- What is the cause of my decision?

- What is the effect of my choice?

- Who does it affect?

These questions can change a negative situation into a positive situation depending on how it is handled. If we use the “My Way or The Highway” attitude, it will always end in conflict or create a negative situation. These method’s will help resolve all conflicts in a Positive way and will help develop the Positive Choices Culture in your organization.

It is everywhere and around every corner we turn. We have the responsibility to make change in our world. We are creating this Negative Choice Culture, and we are ignoring what we should be doing. It is uncomfortable to stand up for what is right but is very easy to be silent about what is wrong. Negativity breeds negativity.

All the areas mentioned above can be changed to be a Positive force that can be used for the greater good. We need to stand up and start creating a Positive Choice Culture.
